Student notes
>I saw your note on the HRVG BB, so I thought I’d drop >you a note. I was thinking about the first RV class >experience. The class was quick-paced and full of >information.
Good it works better that way, makes everyone sharpen our attention skills, because the data we are seeking comes very fast and we have to build the skills to intercept it. :)
Since Glenn drilled us with three targets, right in >succession, it confused me a little. One target >number, after another. It was like going into a >different level, doing blackboard, then stopping. Then >going back to black board using another target >number. It was like going under, then snapping back >out, then going back in. What an experience!
Yes it is very good practice, the sub communicates with lightning speed sharpening our attention and learning to work fast prepares us to grab visuals which are fleeting at first and then recall them in more detail.
You will get used to it very fast.
I think my sub caught on faster than my conscious.
LOL… always ! As Glenn says, our sub has been wanting to communicate with us our whole lives, but we did not now how to listen, you have just begun to learn how to listen.
I’ve got my computer paper, still need to buy the >pen. Then I’ll practice targets (Visual Ideograms) >using the HRVG website targets.
In the mean time practice the protocols, using XXXX-XXXX as a target cue, untill you can do them quickly and without hesitation, go through all the movements.. including blackboard and when you open and close your eyes.
I can understand how this can become addictive. RV >touches areas that are not usually used or tapped.
Right again, and we are just beginning :)
