Theta Monitored
Aloha,
I had the most wonderful experience tonight. I lowered myself into Theta and was monitored on a target.
The RV altered state produced the most pleasant intoxication! I alternately felt light, bouyant, partially paralyed, intoxicated and at one point down right giddy. It was great!
Thank you sir, may I have another?
Peace

Banshee..
it just keeps getting better and better and doesn’t it?
Re: Theta Monitored
Dick,
Better than I ever dreamed possible.

What equipment did you use?
Annyong-ha-seyo!
What equipment did you use for the monitoring? I’m thinking about one from a website I came across, it’s around 995 dollars. Is that about right?
Regards,
John

Re: What equipment did you use?
Hi John…
no equipment. The viewer does a mental exercise that tires your conscious brain pretty fast. Some of us also use commerically available tapes. I think Banshee was listening to Kelly Howell’s Deep Meditation.
The viewer does cycles of mental exercises, and taps his or her finger at the completion of the cycle. WHen they miss three taps, the monitor can then see that they are off into theta land… And the monitor recites the target ID…and away they go.
The monitor has to speak in a very special way, so as not to bring the viewer’s conscious mind back into play.
We’re just getting the hang of all this.
Aloha

Aloha John,
I used an HRVG protocol and the Kelly Howell Deep Meditation tape. Protocols are free, tape was a gift.

Thanks for the info. Your stuff sounds a lot cheaper!
I was toying with the idea of an EEG, just really can’t justify the expense at this time.

HRVG materials are free? Are they somewhere on the site? I’ve never seen them.

Re: What equipment did you use?
Those of us lucky enough to live in Hawaii get instruction for free. We pay for paper and pens, and a small charge to rent the classroom, but Glenn gives us instruction on the protocols- no charge.
On line students pay to keep that portion of the website up and running. Again the instruction is free.
Re: What equipment did you use?
We are always interested in finding ways to reduce costs to all our members. We have been dependant on the web to publish and exchange information from the begining. The OT area needs to have at least 6 viewers to pay for itself. The Webmaster gives us an amazing deal for our site and he has the costs down to a minimum.
We hope to be able to someday have our own facility to operate from. Right now we must lease classroom space for instruction and our weekly validation work. Most of our members wear several hats and either function in the Colts, the committees, or some special support role. Members post the targets, take care of the OT, and are just getting into the publishing arena.
This next year will be a defining time for RV data on the Web. We will be the the leader in providing a non-commercial forum for RV activities and publication.
We know now what others will soon realize, people are our greatest asset. It the viewers not the dollars that will make us a success.
In the next year at our current pace we will break a few barriers. Stick around it should be an interesting time.
Aloha Glenn

I WAS THINKING OF A HUBBLE TELESCOPE ,BUT IT JUST CANT SEE AS FAR AS I CAN.
THE PROOF IS IN THE DATA

Thanks JEDI
Hi Jedi. I think I understand.
By the way, a while back you mentioned what you felt was a biblical tie in to RV. Would you be able to email me privately with your thoughts?
Thanks,
John

Dick/Glenn:
Thanks for the clarification. I think this is pretty much how I had thought it to work, but when someone said "free protocols" my hears just perked up and I envisioned downloadable manuals. :-)
I am hoping to do the OT thing when I’m at a point where I’m willing to make the time and money (not much, I know) sacrifices.
Don’t worry. I’ll stick around. :-)

Re: Dick/Glenn
I think it would be like getting a language course in a book. The info is there.. but you couldn’t learn it just from the book. You need someone to help you speak it.

Re: Dick/Glenn
I’d second that.
And after having been an OT student, I felt a pang of envy for those who could attend in-person on the island. I think a few minutes of personal exposure would be worth, oh.., about 50 emails and 100 posts?
Tom
Let’s see…
1 picture = 1000 words
1minutes video = 10,000 pictures
1 lecture = 60 minutes
add in group dynamics, multiply by psi, carry the one, sum the squares, integrate over the area of the matrix…argh! I never was good at calculus.
Re: Dick/Glenn
I know. Believe me, I don’t dispute it for a second.
I think my progress so far would have proceeded *much* more quickly if I’d actually studied under someone.
On the other hand, having toughed it out somewhat, self-studied a number of different approaches, and so on, I’m not exactly a newbie, either.
If the material were made available, I think it would be helpful to sharpen the RV "blade" of any viewer who, while trained or studied in another methodology, might be interested in learning new approaches to the same issues, etc.
For example, I now often use a modified version of the azimuth plotting I heard about on the BB, and sometimes if works quite well for me. I’ve added it to my RV toolkit.
Just a thought. Heck, I’d even be willing to sign the non-disclosure stuff.

Re: Dick/Glenn
Some of the OT students have done amazingly well. As I just posted on the OT BB, Mark sent me a sked that really knocked my socks off.
Eventually we hope to have a place where people can come for a week of intensive training… then the teaching over the internet will make a lot more sense.
There is no substitution for hanging around with Glenn and the rest of the guild, talking things over…hearing his lectures… his encouragement.

Good work Mark. Can’t wait to see it.

I’ll be there :-) If there’s enough notice maybe a few of the OT students can arrange to be there at the same time.

I have never met ANY other RVer face-to-face, so a whole week with HRVG will probably blow my mind!
See you there :-) Rich B.
