Valtra, I have a question….

That was interesting down below when you mentioned that you were told that spending time in the dark nurtures and stimulates the pineal gland.

How would a person spend time in the dark productively to bring out more of the pineal glands abilities?

And also are there any more tidbits about the pineal gland that you would care to share? I’m very interested in working with my pineal gland and learning how to stimulate it. I know it’s one of the important keys to remote viewing.

Maybe Glenn, Dick or Yanna would have something to say about this. I’m all ears. :-)

Aloha J.P.: Mystics refer to the pineal gland as the Third Eye, the energy center that enables one to have clairvoyant, clairaudient and clairsentient, as well as, telepathic, telekinetic abilities. In short any “tele”- activity. Remote viewers refer to the area in the inner visual field as the blackboard. The pineal gland is located in the center of the brain, between the eyebrows and the crown of the head. If one were to draw a vertical axis from the center of the top of the head down to the spine and a horizontal axis from the center of the forehead, half way between the eyebrows and the hairline to the back of the head, one would normally locate the pineal gland where the two axis intersect. The pineal gland is shaped very much like a visual eye but turned upward towards the crown of the head. It apparently varies in size from individual to individual from the size of a pea to the size of a normal caucasian eye. I have not found any studies that correlate the size of the pineal gland to psychic abilities, but that doesn’t mean that there are none or that there is no correlation. As far as I know, this study has not been done. It would be an interesting study to conduct for any researcher interested in finding out more about the function of the pineal gland. The pineal gland is still somewhat of an enigma in the medical arena.

In my energy work, I have observed that the flow of subtle energies from the quantum potential field – the universal matrix of intelligence – the non-visible electromagnetic field – is taken into the physical vehicle of the human body through the crown of the head – the fontinel (?spelling) as a spinning vortex of white light frequencies and funneled into the pineal gland where it is transduced, ie stepped down/ refracted etc, through a Fibbernache spiral into different color frequencies and transmitted down the central ultra-sonic channel along the spine -the caduceus, to the pituitary gland, hypothalimus gland, thyroid, thymus, adrenals, gonads etc into the blood, lymphatic and subsequently into organs, into every cell of our body setting off myriads of light flashes.

The pineal gland appears to be the receiver/transmitter of higher frequency energies- from other dimensions. When I have directed my clients to focus their attention on a certain part of their bodies, this energy is brought sharply into focus like a laser beam and directed to that part of the body. I am assuming that when in remote viewing we focus our awareness out into the morphogenic field through the blackboard to retrieve target data, that the signal is transmitted out through the pineal gland. Unfortunately, my talents are pretty much at this point restricted to “seeing” the energy field of the physical body.

This is all scientifically non-verifiable because there ia no measuring instrumentation developed at this point to measure such high frequencies of light. However, one can observe the effects of practicing the techniques below to see how your abilities improve and develop.

To activate and develop the pineal gland, one can practice central ultra-sonic channel breathing techniques and visualizations in a completely dark room. Our eyes are also very powerful receivers of visible light as are each and every cell in our bodies so we want to diminish their functions by doing this in the dark. Also, wearing a good set of earplugs further deprives our physical senses so that we can focus on our supraphysical senses. The less clothes you wear also further enhances this technique. The key is to deprive the physical body of as much sense stimulation as possible.

Lie or sit comfortably in a completely darkened room – I use a closet – close your eyes, bring your awareness into the center of your head where the pineal gland is located and begin to take short vigorous breaths in through the nose directing the breath in through the top of the head. Visualize a stream of brilliant white light energy flowing in through the top of your head into the pineal gland then down the central channel along your spine and exhale very long and slowly out through the center of your forehead, visualizing the energy being blown out through the center of your forhead. Do this rythmically without stopping between inhalation and exhalation for as long as you can keep your focus. Work up to 20 minutes to half an hour every night. Stop if you feel like you’re going to black out. Just do it as long as you feel relaxed and comfortable. After you stop the breathing just stay still for about 10 minutes more and observe what goes on inside your inner viewing screen. Don’t drink any water for at least an hour before or after doing the exercise. Preferably do this just before going to sleep. Let me know how it works for you.

Remote viewers refer to the area in the inner visual field as the blackboard.

Lots of good anatomical and spiritual information Valtra, but just a point of clarity relating to HRVG protocols.

Blackboard is a term used, by the Hawaii Remote Viewers’ Guild, to describe an area external to the viewers body, about 18″ directly in front and up about 60 degrees off their nose. This area is used to focus intention and attention and is the area where we communicate with the subconscious. Blackboard is an area where we both give the sub the target ID letting it know what we want, and a display area where once accessed the sub will place imagery for us to retrieve.

Just to keep the record straight since the other RV groups are training in Remote perception, rather than viewing, this protocol is unique to the HRVG.

We can discuss anything relating to RV here but lets try and be clear about what is part of the training and what information comes from the wealth of our varied experiences and trainings so that the newbies do not get confused. We will be using this board more than ever now, with the start of 26 new students as a question and answer forum, so lets all sharpen up and specify wether our posts are oponions or HRVG protocols and theory.

Aloha Yaana

Point well taken, Yaana. Thanks for the clarification. :o) Valtra

That was a great post. I will try your exercise and get back to you about what happens. It’s interesting to see how you recommend breathing through the top of the head. I had started to do that back in Jan. of 1998 while I was meditating one day. I just felt the need to breath through the top of my head down into my body and out through the first chakra. Even since then it’s been a habit of mine to do that even when I’m awake and going about my daily businness. I’ve also done many meditations focusing on the pineal gland and bringing light into it. It’s a fascinating exercise when you get to the point where your head starts to ache right at the center of your head, where the gland is located. When I go to sleep after I do my pineal gland exercises the dreams I have are very detailed and long. Sometimes I feel like I don’t want to leave the dream state it gets so interesting. I’ve also noticed that when I remote view it helps to imagine a bright light at the top of my head while I’m working the session. I seem to have more knowings when I do this. All these little techniques seem to work after having practiced them for a while, it usually doesn’t work well the first few times.

Thanks again for your post, I hope my further experiments with your technique bring me great results.

Aloha J.P.: I have been keeping to the protocols we learned in RV fairly purely… i.e. not experimenting with incorporating other techniques while remote viewing… primarily to see how the protocols work… I separate my practices. I mediatate daily and practice the pineal expansion techniques not too often because my living situation is not supportive of this particular technique right now. Looking forward to communicating with you more… Aloha, Valtra Mar’Yah.
