Viewing at Home
Hey Now- new students. In case you haven’t already noticed, the classroom is not the best place to obtain psychic data. Too much noise. The lighting is never quite right. Someone is wearing strong perfume.
You’ll do your best work in your own comfortable space.
Glenn likes for us to train in a noisy environment, because it makes us stronger being able to get data in less than perfect conditions.
Here’s how I do it at home:
I have a desk in my spare bedroom that faces a blank white wall. I keep the lights low. Usually I keep my computer screen on, which throws off a soft diffused light. I also have a Sharper Image Sound machine that generates white noise. I use earplugs.
Turn off the phone, turn down the answering machine. Tell the wife I’ll be out of touch for about an hour or more. Eat some healthy vegetarian food 1/2 before the session. Brush my teeth, drink some water, use the restroom.
I clean off the desk, place pen and stack of paper correctly (as per protocols.) Then I write the target ID on the right side of a sheet of paper, landscape position. I fold the paper over and set it next to the blank pages.
If its been a shitty day I write down everything that’s bothering me, all my problems and concerns. Take that piece of paper and fold it up and put it away behind me. Nothing else matters but the target for the next hour.
I used to write a little contract between my sub and primary consciousness. “I, Dick’s conscious mind, agree to execute the protocols rapidly and precisely. I will not interfer with the data or add my own conclusions.” (sign with name)
“I, Dick’s sub, will go to the target and send back data.” (My sub signs with a spontaneous ideogram!)
Then I put on a walkman and listen to a relaxation tape for about 10-15 minutes, until my mind is clear. I set the walkman away, open the folded sheet of paper to reveal the target ID.
Now I’m READY. I have every intention that my sub IS going to go directly to the target and send me good data about the target.
Then, on a clean sheet of paper, in the upper left hand corner, I write the word IDEOGRAM . . .
