What about TIME?
This question is prompted by Ed Dames’ appearance on Art Bell tonight. (Ed is always an interesting guest. He is an excellent communicator.)
He mentioned something about TIME when Art asked about Y2K. Ed said that time is outside of MIND and that you cannot cue a target to time. For instance… Jan. 1 2000.
Several questions. Glenn has stated that all remote viewers seem to agree the data is better when you include an exact date as a modifier in the target cue for a past target. Example:
Good Ship Lollypop/sinking event/Feb. 12, 1969
Does putting an exact time modifier on a past event help the sub acquire the target? And do we know why?
Now as for future events. Let’s say we were going to target something to find out if the Y2K problem is going to crash the power grid. Would we target it:
Hawaiian Electric Control Room/Activity/Jan. 2 2000?
Re: Remote Viewing the Ffuture
Being able to Remote View the future suggests to me that a blueprint( ? holographic template) for the future already exists, and by focusing our attention (mind intention – ? laser light energy)on the future event brings it into focus, makes it perceivable. So, can we influence the future by modifying the holographic template through remote influencing? Furthermore, according to the laws of quantum mechanics/physics, the role of the observer is instrumental in manifesting reality. As we observe the future – or a concept (hologram) about the future, do we bring it into manifestation?

I do not think observation is enough. Glenn has said that future targets are calculated in the collective based on most probable trends in current motion. To change the future it takes a change of attitudes and actions, not just mearly observation.

Re: Remote Viewing the Ffuture
Gordon Michael Scallion sees the future in panels (two or three). As it becomes more "firm" the panels that no longer (for whatever reason) have the probability of being manifiested, disappear or fade. The one that remains and becomes clearer in focus, for him, manifests.
Seems to me that there are so many variables that affect the future event, some more so than others; that we have free will as individuals and a collective, to affect the future. I believe this. So far, GMS, explanation of predicting the future (in panels), makes the most sense to me.

Shoot the target Dick….
It would be interesting to see what you can come up with. I’m all for the future being, only probable and that we can choose several futures as far as Y2K is concerned but just for fun you should see what you can RV about this.

Re: What about TIME?
Aloha Dick!
Simply put, time is a quantifier. If time were outside the mind we would have no concept of it inside the mind. We would not need watches or ever conceive a need for them.
The truth is that we are part and parcel of Time. We are designed to function with time. The ability to Remote View a specific Time is the same as our ability to remember a specific time. Only in Remote Viewing we remember it from a different spectrum.
When we work targets we put ourselves physically and mentally into a recall posture. Remember most that we do is in the past. We operate from a short past just behind the now.
Time allows us to process data sequentially. The intent of the Viewer is the Paradigm that will manifest.
Remember all the targets you have worked that generated good data! As I recall You were ON TIME! Aloha Glenn
Re: Shoot the target Dick….
Hi J.P.
Our advanced students are just about ready to move to the next level of remote viewing. Up until now we have been pretty much in alert alpha state collecting data in those "instant knowing" 2-3 second windows of probing.
We’ve made some longer "almost bilocation" forays in Edging. Now on to theta state monitored S-5 where apparently the real remote viewing occurs.
Our targeting committee is going to look at some of the areas of concern regarding Y2K. Things like the control room at Hawaiian Electric, a local bank, maybe the Pro Bowl at Aloha stadium in Feb. 2000, and a local supermarket. We want to see if these things will be up and running normally.
If you want to see what predictive remote viewing really is… wait until we post the work done by Glenn on the Aloha Airline Pilot sighting the falling space junk. The prediction and a small summary are posted on this site. But the actual session is absolutely incredible. There are sketches of the object as it entered the atmosphere. Sketch of the airliner… probes of the pilot showing what he thought when he saw the blinding flash, how he checked to control the aircraft. This was all notorized 3 weekes before the event, which is shown as a video clip from one of the local news channels. We’re hoping to get Glenn and a couple of his former military buddies to RV some of the Y2K issues.
Re: Remote Viewing the Ffuture
By "observe" the future I actually meant "remote view" the future. You are assuming that observation is a passive event. It is not. As we observe, we perceive through our filters i.e. attitudes, beliefs, biases etc which in turn affect or determine our actions which in turn affects the probable futures (structure of the holographic blueprint). It is our current, collective attitudes, beliefs, prejudices and actions that creates all the probabilites as holographic blueprints (maybe GMS sees these blueprints as panels). As we focus on (give attention to = an aspect of observing) a certain future probability, energy is directed to the holographic blueprint (concept / idea). Once enough energy is focused on a specific future probability, that hologram is activated and manifests. Just an hypothesis on how ideas, thoughts, actions manifest.

….snip Just an hypothesis on how ideas, thoughts, actions manifest.
Valtra,
There are many hypothesis, of how this works, my experience as a counselor is that people indeed act on their beliefs, but the introduction of new data, can either cause the individual to justify current beliefs (real or imagined) or be the cause of a shift in belief structures. Observation of events is not a garuntee of understanding the events, and many times will in fact trigger denial mechanisms, like the first Indians which observed european ships and were unable to see them because it was outside of their frame of refrence or beliefs. The filters of our perception may stop us from seeing the truth, but do not stop its reality, as the current inhabitants of America can attest.
If however visionries arise and educate the mass population rather than just observe, this is a change brought about by action which can shift the outcome, or probable future. Rarely people will tell you that the Emporer is naked, they would rather live the shared delusion. Untill the child spoke up..took action, his society was quickly becoming a nudest colony.
