Welcome to the first issue of The RV News! This newsletter is published by the Hawaii Remote Viewers Guild, and is intended to be a non-denominational source of news and information about the remote viewing community.

Since RV went public back in 1995 remote viewing schools have proliferated, instructors have spawned new methodologies, people have come and gone.

In this and coming issues we will try to keep up with changes in the RV community, and also offer interesting stories about remote viewing, tips and ideas from the pros.

If we left you out of this first issue, feel free to send information to the editor, Dick Allgire.

SUBMISSIONS WANTED!
Please send us your articles, sessions, stories about remote viewing, predictions, and letters to the editor. Submissions may be sent to: dick@hrvg.org

What is remote viewing?

Joe McMoneagleâs definition: (from his book "Remote Viewing Secrets")
"The ability to produce information that is correct about a place, event, person, or object located somewhere in time/space, which is completely blind to the remote viewer."

The International Remote Viewing Association's defintion:
"Remote viewing is a novel perceptual discipline for gaining information not available to the ordinary physical senses. Used extensively by so-called "psychic spies" during the Cold War for classified military projects, it has a long history both as an intelligence gathering tool and as the subject of research and applications in the civilian world."

Hawaii Remote Viewersâ Guild definition:
"Remote viewing is an advanced communication skill. The goal is to create and maintain a pathway between the alert mind and the subconscious, so that you can on demand  have moments of non local awareness."
