The Third International CRV Conference Dates & Details

by Dick Allgire

Here are some important details from Lyn Buchanan about booking accommodations for the third annual CRV Conference, to be held May 4-6 in El Paso Texas.

Lyn BuchananLyn has selected the Hawthorn Inn & Suites, in El Paso. The room rate for those attending the conference will be $49 per night, per room, plus the Texas hotel room tax of 14 percent. If you want to stay over past the conference you can get a rate of $99 per day. You will need to arrange that in advance.(Rooms are normally $109.)

Be sure to mention that you are booking for the CRV Conference when you make reservations.

The hotel offers a complimentary hot buffet breakfast, and 24 hour airport shuttle service. Lyn tells us the hotel manager has offered to provide a free shuttle bus if a group from the conference wants to go shopping or out to a restaurant.

Room service is provided by local restaurants. The phones in the room connect directly to several restaurants, which deliver at no extra charge. (Remember to tip. We don't want people thinking remote viewers are cheapskates.)

Lyn has reserved a block of 50 rooms. He says he can add more later, but its best to reserve your room early. There is a “cut-off” date for the special room rate two weeks prior to the conference.

For reservations and other information, contact the Hawthorn Inn at (915) 778-6789. Be sure to get the right rates by telling them that you are with the Controlled Remote Viewing group.

Lyn BuchananAs we reported in the last issue of The RV News, Lyn’s CRV Conference will be more of a "hands-on" type of event with fewer lecturers and speakers, but more emphasis on workshops and actual application of remote viewing. Presenters will include police officials, doctors, and others who have worked with forensic remote viewers. Buchanan says they'll be trying to set standards, communicate what customers need from remote viewers, and give viewers an idea of how to ‘speak their language.’
