WELCOME to the June/July issue of the newsletter. June is long gone, and July is going fast. Time flies in the RV world! We have had so much going on in this summer that it has been time consuming to get a new issue ready for publication.

But I hope this one is worth the wait. We have plenty of pictures and articles about the big 2001 RV Conference in Las Vegas, which once again was a great success.

I hope you find some thought provoking things to read in this issue. As always, your comments, criticism, and submissions are welcome.

Enjoy the new issue.

Aloha,
Dick Allgire

Discussions on Remote Viewing, Part Five
by Jimmy Williams

This is the fourth in a series of articles meant to promote dialog about the nature of remote viewing by comparing it to works by authors that seem pertinent to the discussion, but in particular to the experimental work in telepathy done by French chemical engineer Rene’ Warcollier in the early decades of the twentieth century.
