The HRVG is a non-profit organization. Any request to do work for such a sum needs to be scrutinized very closely. There are many things to consider the least of which are ethics, and non-profit status.

Address your request IAW the target submission requirements as outlined in the FAQ by the targeting committee. The pace of the Guild is driven by education and acheivment not $$$.
